With that, you must keep your articles short so you will not waste your readers’ time and offer them the information they need quickly. You also have to make sure that your copies will be understood by all online users regardless of their first language.
2. Be creative. If you want to set yourself apart from the rest, avoid offering your readers with the same old stuff. Avoid writing about topics that were already discussed several times. Instead, try to find new topics or issues that are affecting your target niche and be the first one to write about them. You can also look for other angles of your stories to give your readers fresh information.
3. Avoid redundancy. Never present the same information on other parts of your article as this could be a waste of time for your readers. If you want to make an emphasis, set the texts in bold or highlight them.
4. Proofread. It is inevitable that writers commit mistakes when doing their drafts. That’s understandable. What is not forgivable is to let these mistakes reach your readers. Make it a habit to check your articles before you post them online. Eliminate grammar, spelling, punctuation, and factual errors than can easily be taken against your credibility. While you’re at it, improve the general flow of your content and strike out fillers that make your articles lengthy.
