Latest 7 Huge Methods To Impact Your Copywriting And Fast Blogging

      By admin | April 14, 2008

Commercial copywriters and bloggers know the more words you can get out there the higher your profits will be. But you can only write so much in a day, and if you want quality writing the quantity of what you write goes down with it. Yet, you took this job so you could be your own boss, not to type 24 hours a day. Here are some methods than can help you achieve in the industry:

      1. Staggered bidding – Too often copywriters put out too many bids in the beginning and when they come through the writer is left with a feast of famine business. Sometimes they have too much work, so they quit bidding, then when the work is done they have no work. Stagger your bidding to put an equal number out so your work stays steady.

      2. Voice Dictation software – For many people, talking is faster than typing. Particularly if you are going to type thousands of words a day. There is cheap and accurate voice dictation software available that will allow you to speak your articles and save you from carpal tunnel syndrome.

      3. Multitasking software – Window’s Vista or a new Apple have true multitasking software (as opposed to previews systems that just looked multi-tasking). This latest equipment helps switch between screens fast and keeps delay time at a minimum.

      4. Article checkers – There are several good article checkers to run your work through to make sure no part of it has been done before. Most people don’t mean to reproduce articles, but if you have writing 20 articles on bicycle tires, it’s possible some overlap occurs. Use a quick article checker and prohibit problems later.

      5. Proofread in batches – If you are doing a series of 200 word articles or less. Don’t proofread each one as you are finished. Print them out in batches of 10 and proofread in bulk. It actually saves time, and gives a better proof.

      6. Orders in bulk – The more orders you get for bulk articles, the better off your writing will be. Having orders dribble in for one or two at a time takes your time to process. Doing an order for 20 or more gives you a solid block to work in.

      7. Become the middle man – After getting contacts and experience under you belt, hire some writers of your own to channel your bids towards. Then you can earn some money off their writing, as well as do your own.
