      Many of us suffer from eating disorders, drug & alcohol addiction, etc. It’s very hard to overcome these addictions. One of the main problems is that most people do not know where to start. Getting in touch with ourselves is the starting point for any problems we need to overcome. We need to learn what is going on inside of us. Over-eating, drug abuse, and all other addictions are nothing but a symptom to what is really going on inside you. You are suffering from a more deep emotional problem or an event in your life rooting back many years.

      The meaning of life depends on the meaning of death, and the meaning of death cannot be dependent on the human being’s decision because death is the end of life and life is too important to be dependent on an ignorant person’s decision.

      The human being must suffer in order to become sensitive, so that one will have compassion for others and stop being violent and evil. This is not my personal conclusion, but a conclusion resulting from the study of the meaning of life and death through dream interpretation according to the method of Carl Jung. Moreover, many scientific discoveries have confirmed his theory, after his death.

By exercising you speed up the flow of blood which improves the flow of blood to the brain, which clears the brain and the toxins out of the brain and you can think clearer, which is needed when you are thinking intensely, this is why when you are stressed you tend to get headaches. We often say to our friends and colleagues, I am just stressed out, now we can see that it is not “just” a just, it is something that affect our bodies and our lives in every area.
